Catch up on the gossip with friends and the nailgirls or give us the silent treatment and get some much needed peace and quiet. It’s your choice. And we have iPods on hand for you individual silent disco-ers!
Appointments are recommended, but walk-in clients are welcome. You will need to provide your credit/debit card details, or pay a deposit in order to book an appointment.

A 24 hour advance cancellation notice is required for all appointments. If you miss the appointment without contacting us, you will lose any deposit made to confirm the booking or the full amount of the treat(s) will be charged to the card which the appointment was held under.
Please advise us before your treat if you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are suffering from high blood-pressure, are using Retin-A, Avage, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane, any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, have had recent laser plastic surgery, or if you have any allergies or medical conditions, as this may affect our treat(s), therefore not making them advisable for you. If you are unsure please seek medical advise before booking.
Please note that we are licensed Nail Techs, not doctors or podiatrists/ chiropodists.
Your personal record card must be completed before each and every treat(s) begins. This way we can track the progress of you nails.
Our services have been carefully devised for our trained nail techs to perform to the highest possible standard. Therefore if you request a change in our methods there may be a £5.00 surcharge per request.
However we reserve the right not to carry out any or all requests.
nailgirls reserve the right to modify treat(s), discontinue treat(s)and products and raise prices on treat(s) and products without prior notification.
For Your Protection, nailgirls believes in impeccable cleanliness.
We use disposable (recyclable) pedi liners in our moveable pedi basins. We thoroughly disinfect each pedi basin after each client.
Please arrive at least five minutes before your treat(s). Your nailgirls experience will be enjoyed all the more if you are relaxed.
Once greeted by the nailgirls you will be guided to ‘Check In’ for your treat(s). You will then be invited to relax in our ‘Drying Lounge’.
The nailgirls spa is a place to relax, therefore using mobile phones and other communication devices is strongly discouraged. Please be considerate to our other clients. We hope that you will take and make urgent calls only, making them as quickly and quietly as possible.
Smoking is not permitted at nailgirls.
Only clients aged eighteen or over age may enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz (depending on your treat). Therefore please do not be offended if we ask to see your I.D. Clients under the legal drinking age may enjoy available soft drinks.
Juniors (under 14′s) must only enter the nailgirls spa with a parent or guardian.
Please leave jewelry and other valuables at home. If you must bring your valuables to the spa, please keep them with you for the duration of your visit. nailgirls are not responsible for your lost or stolen property.
This way you will remain perfectly polished when you walk out the door.
For spa services and retail, we accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Solo, nailgirls spa-tificates and cash. We don’t not accept cheques.
Gratuities are welcome but not mandatory. We recommend between 10%-20% of the treat(s) provided. Gratuities can be paid in cash only.
Spa-tificates are nailgirls gift vouchers and are redeemable on all nailgirls merchandise and spa treat(s).
They are not redeemable for cash. The bearer is responsible for loss or theft of the spa-tificate and lost or stolen spa-tificates are not replaceable. Spa-tificates are valid for six months from the date of purchase and are transferable but not refundable.
We are happy to accept returns on nailgirls merchandise that has not been damaged, opened or used, within seven days of purchase and with a valid receipt. All returns are exchangeable for spa use only. There are NO cash refunds. We do not refund spa-tificates/ vouchers once the purchase has been made.
Our bottles can be recycled if the polish has been completely rinsed out.
nailgirls products are free from: Toluene, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate and Camphor. We do not test on animals and are products are vegan-friendly.
